
Kemi Ibitoye is the Principal Lawyer at Ibitoye Law Office. She has extensive experience in real estate, willand estates, and family law, and she is committed to helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for at every stage of the process.
She earned her Master of Laws degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and studied law at the University of Western Ontario. She is currently completing a Certificate in Local Economic Development at the Toronto Metropolitan University.
Ms. Ibitoye built her practice around values that matter to clients: honesty, integrity, efficiency, professionalism, and a high standard of service. She understands that legal matters are often tied to major life changes, and she believes people deserve straightforward guidance, personal attention, and practical advice they can trust.
She also values learning, mentorship, and giving back. Alongside her legal work, Ms. Ibitoye supports ongoing professional development and volunteers her time to raise awareness of wills and estates law for senior citizens across the Greater Toronto Area.
She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce. She currently sits on the board of the Wilson Village BIA (Business Improvement Area) and is very active in the community.
